Diamond Challenge

Diamond Challenge (DC) is a business idea competition for school children. It is an initiative of Horn Entrepreneurship, from the University of Delaware. CEDEL HAITI is the official partner of this contest in Haiti. Each year, the Diamond Challenge National Champions have the opportunity to represent Haiti at the international final held in the United States at the University of Delaware. The organization of the Diamond Challenge Competition in Haiti is a component of CEDEL HAITI's School Entrepreneurship Program - ProgrES. Creative Business Cup

CEDEL HAITI is pleased to present the world championship of creative startups, Creative Business Cup (CBC). This initiative - launched in 2013 by the Creative Business Cup Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Denmark - is one of the top five entrepreneurship events in the world among more than 35,000 global events. CEDEL HAITI heads the Haiti chapter of the Creative Business Cup. Coordinating CBC is for us an opportunity to formally support the development of creative industries (CI) in Haiti. Hackathon Trash Hack

"Trash Hack" is a Hackathon proposed by CEDEL HAITI, aiming to promote the development of innovative technological solutions to the waste problem in Haiti. During this competition, the teams of developers worked for 72 consecutive hours to deliver a prototype of the management solution in the form of product or digital service (websites, connected objects and mobile applications in particular).
